Lakeland Hills line cook, Dylan Johnston has been creating world class food at Hops n Drops since August of 2017. “We chose Dylan for the Featured Team Member of the Month because he is always on the look out to see how and when he can help other team members," said his manager, Angy. "He has worked hard on his own development and is cross trained in every Heart of the House position. I truly believe Dylan lives Kina O'le every day!” Dylan grew up in the Federal Way & Tacoma communities and wanted to work at Hops n Drops from a young age. A huge fan of the restaurant, Dylan loves a juicy Western Burger with an iced cold Mac & Jack to go along with it! He’s also known to enjoy a chocolate martini from time to time. A fitness buff, Dylan is a long-distance runner and can do the full splits! He prides himself on making a positive impact on his co-workers and in helping others.
